Co-op Bank Partners KNCCI to Help Agribusinesses Go Global

Co-operative Bank of Kenya has partnered with the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) to support Kenyan agribusinesses seeking to expand into international markets.

In a statement shared on social media, Co-op Bank said the partnership will focus on agricultural export financing and trade facilitation, giving KNCCI members access to tailored financing, market linkages and training to strengthen their export and trade finance skills.

"We’ve partnered with the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry to help more Kenyan agri-businesses grow beyond our borders. The partnership focuses on Agricultural Export Financing and Trade Facilitation, giving KNCCI members access to financing made for them, easier market linkages, and training to build export and trade finance skills,"statement read.

The partnership is expected to help more Kenyan agribusinesses overcome financing and market-access challenges as they seek to expand beyond the local market.

Through the collaboration, KNCCI members will benefit from financing solutions designed to support agricultural export businesses, alongside opportunities to connect with new markets.
