HOW TO APPLY KUCCPS PLACEMENTS AFTER KCSE RESULTS
The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement
Service (KUCCPS) is one of the most reliable platform that many people use to
know where they are placed.
Students are required to send
an email to info@kuccps.ac.ke and include their index number, the year they sat for the exam,
their telephone number, and their email address.
KUCCPS then get in touch to
guide them through the late application process.
Speaking during last year
KUCCPS open forum, (KUCCPS) CEO, Agnes Wahome clarified that there is no way a
student could apply for a degree through KUCCPS unless you are applying to the
Open University.
She added that anyone who sat
for KCSE even many years ago or already holds a degree is eligible to apply for
programs at the Open University, provided they attained a minimum of a C+
grade.
HOW TO ACCESS KUCCPS PORTAL
1. Access the Portal
Go to the official KUCCPS
Student Portal at https://students.kuccps.net/login/
students.kuccps.net/login/.
2 Log In
Enter your KCSE Index Number, KCSE Year, and your
password (which is your Birth Certificate Number or KCPE Index Number).
3 Browse Programs
Go to "Institutions" and
"Programmes" to view available courses and their minimum requirements.
4 Select Courses
Add your preferred courses to the application basket, noting
their course codes.
For degree courses, your top choice should be Option 1,
followed by other preferred options.
You can apply for Diploma, Certificate, or Artisan level
courses if you meet the criteria.
5 Review & Submit
Review your selected courses in the basket and arrange them
in your order of preference.
Click "Submit" and then "Proceed to Pay"
when ready to apply.
6 Make Payment
Pay the application fee using the eCitizen
platform (M-Pesa, bank, etc.).
Late Application (Previous Years): If you missed your
cohort's window, email info@kuccps.ac.ke info@kuccps.ac.ke with your details
(KCSE Year, Index, Phone) and subject "Request for L
