Jubilee Asset Management returns to profit as AUM surges to Sh22.1 billion

NAIROBI, Kenya, Apr 23 — Jubilee Asset Management has posted a profit before tax of Sh30 million for the year ended December 31, 2025, marking a turnaround from a loss in the previous year, driven by strong growth in assets under management and revenues.

The asset manager recorded a 150 per cent improvement, reversing a Sh87 million loss reported in FY2024.

Revenues rose by 131 per cent to Sh415 million, supported by significant expansion in assets under management (AUM), which grew 148 percent to Sh22.1 billion from Sh8.9 billion a year earlier.

The company attributed the performance to improved fund returns and rising investor demand for its investment solutions.

“The strong FY2025 performance reinforces the continued confidence investors have placed in Jubilee Asset Management’s solutions,” said Chief Executive Officer Dominic Kiarie.

He added that the firm is confident the growth trajectory will be sustained, supported by the foundation built since the current leadership team took over in December 2022.

The firm now oversees a combined Sh239 billion in assets across retail and institutional investors.

Jubilee Asset Management said the performance reflects its focus on disciplined growth, prudent financial management, and expansion across core, alternative, offshore and structured investment offerings.
