Kenya to Phase Out Paper Logbooks in New NTSA Digital Vehicle System

Kenya will begin replacing paper motor vehicle logbooks with digitally generated ownership records from June 10 as the National Transport and Safety Authority expands its shift toward electronic transport services. Under the new NTSA e-logbook system, motorists completing 9 specific vehicle transactions will automatically receive updated digital certificates carrying QR-enabled verification features.
