
Kenya continues to deepen its relationship with the European Union (EU), a partnership that has become central to the country’s trade and investment ambitions.
Investment, Trade and Industry Cabinet Secretary Lee Kinyanjui held a meeting with the outgoing EU Delegation Ambassador, H.E. Henriette Geiger, reflecting on the milestones achieved together and chart the way forward.

Kenya has successfully increased its exports to the EU, tapping into one of the world’s largest markets. The partnership has encouraged deeper investment ties, particularly in Kenya’s agriculture, manufacturing and renewable energy sectors.
Kenya and EU have worked closely to expand Kenya’s exports to the European Union and deepen trade and investment ties.
Kenya has expressed gratitude to Ambassador Geiger for her role, while the country looks forward to unlocking greater opportunities for trade, exports and investment. The meeting was a celebration of progress and a promise of continuity.
