NCBA Celebrates Graduation of Over 300 Relationship Managers from DNA Program

NCBA Bank has marked a significant milestone as more than 300 Relationship Managers (RMs) graduated from the NCBA Relationship Managers DNA Program, a capability-building initiative developed in partnership with Strathmore Business School (SBS).

The seven-month program aimed to enhance the skills of NCBA’s frontline staff, strengthening how RMs think, lead, and engage with customers.

 Participants focused on deepening customer-centric approaches and sharpening business insight to better serve clients.
