Safaricom enhances My One App with new user experience features

Safaricom has released a new update for its My One App on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, as part of ongoing improvements aimed at enhancing user experience in response to customer feedback.

The latest update introduces several key enhancements, including the restoration of the “Favourites” tab within transactions, allowing users to easily save and quickly access frequently used contacts.

The “Frequents” section has also been improved, enabling faster access to commonly used apps for greater convenience.

In addition, the login experience has been optimized by reducing logout frequency. Users can now remain logged in on Wi-Fi after their initial sign-in without compromising security.

Safaricom noted that further updates and improvements are planned as it continues to refine the My One App experience.
